Diprolene AF Cream is indicated for relief of the inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses in patients 13 years and older. Diprolene (Betamethasone) is used to treat the itching, redness, dryness, crusting, scaling, inflammation, and discomfort of various skin conditions.

Diprolene AF Uses
Diprolene AF Cream is indicated for relief of the inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses in patients 13 years and older.
Diprolene AF Directions To Use
Follow the directions for using this medicine provided by your doctor. TO USE THIS MEDICINE: apply a small amount of medicine to the affected area. Gently rub the medicine in until it is evenly distributed. Wash your hands after applying this medicine, unless your hands are part of treated area. DO NOT BANDAGE OR WRAP the affected area unless directed otherwise by your doctor. STORE THIS MEDICINE at room temperature, away from heat and light.
IF YOU MISS A DOSE OF THIS MEDICINE, apply it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule.
Diprolene AF Warnings
Avoid contact with the eyes. Do not use this medication for any disorder other than that for which it was prescribed. The treated skin area should not be bandaged or otherwise covered or wrapped as to be occlusive. This medication is to be used as directed by the physician and should not be used longer than the prescribed time period. It is for external use only,
Diprolene AF Side Effects
CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE if you experience skin thinning and discoloration, dry skin, itching, burning, stinging, rash, redness or swelling not present before using this medicine. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor, nurse, or pharmacist.
Diprolene AF Missed Dose
Do not double the dose to catch up. If you miss a dose, use it as soon as you remember. If it is near the time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule.
Diprolene AF Overdose
Topically applied Diprolene AF can be absorbed in sufficient amounts to produce systemic effects. Seek emergency medical attention if an overdose is suspected.
Diprolene AF Storage
Store between 2°and 30°C (36° and 86° F).

Diprolene AF Cream is contraindicated for patients who are hypersensitive to betamethasone dipropionate, to other corticosteroids, or to any ingredient in this preparation.
